Marshaghai College, Marshaghai, Kendrapra is run by a Governing Body constituted and approved by the Regional Director of Education, Bhubaneswar, Odisha under rule 25 of Odisha Education (ESTT Recognition and Management of Private College) in exercises of powers conferred U/S-7(2) of O.E. at 1969 amended in 2001. Consequent upon this a Governing Body for this College has been constituted vide RDE, Letter No. – 2677 Dt. – 07.02.2013 and Letter NO. – 17580 Dt. – 05.08.2013. with the Principal as its Ex-Officio Secretary. The Department of Higher Education, Odisha has nominated Sj. Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak, Hon’ble Minister, Health & Family Welfare and Information & Public Relations, Govt. of Odisha as the President, Governing Body with 15 member’s body. It is now a full fledged Body having a normal tenure of 3 years in conformity with the guidelines.
